Prime Growth Partners (PGP) was founded by Marshall Rosario, a seasoned Real Estate Broker with a proven track record of over $120 million in closed real estate transactions since 2013. Marshall’s experience extends beyond traditional brokerage, encompassing collaboration with cash investors on fix-and-flip projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of the real estate market’s diverse facets.
Marshall’s commitment to service is deeply rooted in the values instilled by his father, a Special Operations Crew Chief in the US Army during the Vietnam War. These values—honor, duty, and respect—form the bedrock of PGP.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Marshall is the founder of PassionUnited.org, a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing life’s fundamental needs, such as housing, food, and utilities. PassionUnited.org employs a holistic approach, uncovering the root causes of hardship and assembling specialized teams to foster lasting change.
